Koko Rose Boutique aims to provide all its customers with the best delivery service available. We use Royal Mail or a Courier service for all of our online orders, UK and Worldwide.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
All UK customers have 2 delivery options - Standard Delivery and Special Next Day Delivery.
Standard Delivery UK - £4.00
This option costs £4.00 and is FREE for orders over £100. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow extra time in busy season. Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 24/48 hours. All UK Standard Delivery orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery, as the default method of delivery. Fastway Courier service may also be used.
Special (Next Day) Delivery UK - £6.50 charge (THIS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO POSTAGE DELAYS)
If you require your order dispatched using Special Next Day Delivery, please choose the Special (Next Day) Delivery option. All Next Day deliveries placed before 10 AM are guaranteed before 5 PM the next working day. All Next Day orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the next working day, and will be delivered the following day before 5pm. All Next Day deliveries placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered before 5pm on Tuesday. You can also track any Next Day Delivery orders, if you require a tracking number, email us a tracking number request and we will email you back your tracking number. Simply log onto the Post Office official website - www.postoffice.co.uk. Click on ''track order'', enter your tracking number and follow the instructions on screen to track the location, time of dispatch etc of your order. Fastway Courier service may also be used.
Jewellery/Earrings Ordered Only - UK Delivery
This option costs £2.00. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 24/48 hours. All UK Standard Delivery orders will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery, as the default method of delivery.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Republic of Ireland Delivery- Courier Service - £5.50 charge - All items
All orders to Republic of Ireland will be shipped using Fastway Courier Service. It is important that we do have a contact number when placing your order, this will ensure you receive your dress as soon as possible. The courier service aims to deliver your order by the Next Working Day, in some cases this may take two days. Orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note all orders over £100 are FREE to Republic of Ireland.
International Delivery – EUROPE - £15.00 charge
For all European orders we use Royal Mail's International Signed For services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends) for any country worldwide. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
International Delivery – REST OF WORLD - £25.00 charge
For all Rest of World orders we use Royal Mail's International Signed For services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would expect delivery to take approximately 10 working days (excluding weekends) for any country worldwide. All orders placed before 10 AM will be dispatched within 24/48 hours and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

All of the products on Koko Rose Boutique website are excellent quality brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please state on your RETURNS SHEET, which is included in your delivery, that you would like either a size/colour exchange or a refund, and return it to the returns address.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT
We reserve the right not to process a refund for any returned items received outside the 14 day return period.
Please Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/tan/make up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
All items returned to us must still be in original packaging ensuring that the labels have NOT been removed from the garment.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE RETURNS SHEET.
If however we find the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
As a service to our customers, Koko Rose Boutique would like to point out that we CANNOT take responsibility for items once washed and washed & wore.
All types of underwear/earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM TO US.
We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery (fully insured) to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10/15 days of receipt and an email will be sent to confirm receipt of return.
After receiving your return we will refund your original method of payment (excluding original shipping costs) and the amount will be back on your account please allow up to 10/15 working days. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
In the case of unwanted goods being refunded, we will not refund any duties, taxes or postage costs that were imposed when delivered to the recipient.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, simply specify the new size/colour you require in the returns form. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer size/colour exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
SALE ITEMS RETURNS POLICY
- You are welcome to refund or exchange your unwanted SALE items strictly within 7 days of the date received. Please follow the same process as above. THIS APPLIES TO DISCOUNTED ITEMS UP TO 40% OFF ONLY.
- 50% - 70% OFF SALE ITEMS- No refunds will be given and therefore cannot be returned.
CUSTOM MADE CLOTHING
Please NOTE that Custom made Clothing CANNOT be returned or exchanged and is EXEMPT from our standard returns policy.
JEWELLERY/EARRING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange this is due to hygiene reasons. Koko Rose Boutique treats all customers fairly.
FAULTY RETURNS
In the unlikely event where an item is deemed faulty you must notify us by email info@kokoroseboutique.com explaining the problem with the item, and return the item to the returns address within 14 days. Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied.
Please note the item must NOT be worn, labels removed or washed. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IF ITEM IS WORN, LABELS REMOVED OR WASHED.
CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE DISPATCH
Please note an order can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed ONLY as our team start to process after this time. You can return to us, if unsuitable, when item is received as per returns policy above.
This time frame also applies to PRE ORDER ITEMS unless there is a significant delay on delivery date.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS 2023
Any item purchased from Monday 27th November 2023 can be returned until Friday 5th January 2024. Thereafter the normal return policy will apply as detailed above.
